One call, one vetted remodeler, no obligation

Kitchen & Bath ATL is an independent guide and referral service for kitchen and bathroom remodeling in metro Atlanta. We don't do remodeling work ourselves. We publish real local prices and permit rules, and we introduce homeowners to a local remodeling company that serves their area.

What we require of every remodeler we work with

• An active Georgia contractor license, verified on the Secretary of State's licensing site
• Proof of general liability insurance (and workers' compensation where required)
• Written, itemized estimates and written change orders
• They pull the permits, not the homeowner
• Prompt follow-up: if a remodeler doesn't call you back, tell us

How we're paid

The remodeling company pays us for the introduction. You pay nothing for the estimate, and you contract directly with the remodeler, or not at all.

Your call is answered for our local remodeling partner in your area. They'll ask about the room, your timeline and your zip code, then set up a time to see the space.
